QB Matt Ryan vs Chargers
RB Demarco Murray vs Colts
WR Julio Jones vs Chargers
WR AJ Green vs Browns
TE Jack Doyle @ Titans
Week 7 Value
RB Mike Gillislee @ Dolphins
Week 7 is awesome. There is really no other explanation for it. The only thing that could ruin it is injuries, which have hit my picks way to often this year. There are so many options you can almost do whatever you want with all the value available. The game plan this week is to pick with players with the best chance of going big. Ill give you my picks that i think are the guys with the biggest upside. So lets get into the week 7 fantasy 5!
QB- Matt Ryan
I was having trouble here for most of the week, my two favorite plays were either Matt Ryan or Andy Dalton and I stuck with Ryan. The Falcons offense has been the best offense in the NFL this year, and they get the chargers this week with an over under of 55 this week. The Chargers are a middle of the pack team against the QB, so I am hoping it scares some people off him these week, but game flow should give Ryan the chance to be the highest scoring QB of the week.
RB- Demarco Murray
In a week where a lot of the great value is at running back, paying up for a back should be a good way to differentiate. Demarco Murray is coming off his worst game of the year, and gets a great bounce back spot versus the colts who are the second worst team in fantasy to running backs. Murray has been doing it all for the Titans, catching passes and running super effectively. Look for Demarco to get back to having another huge week.
WR- Julio Jones
Julio has been very hot or cold so he is actually more ricky then you would think, but given how much i think the Falcons will need to keep scoring in this game, Julio is going to have to be involved for the to happen. Julio has the most upside on the slate, so you have to get some exposure to him. I expect another huge game from Julio and he is my number 1 player this week.
WR- AJ Green
I told you that I was going back and forth between Dalton and Ryan this week, and AJ Green versus the Browns defense is why. AJ Green is the best option for a Bengals offense who should be moving the ball with ease through the air against a Browns defense the second most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Aj is having one of the better years of his career, so look for it to continue this week.
TE- Jack Doyle
The Colts have already already had Dwayne Allen and Phillip Dorsett ruled out this week, and Moncrief is still missing time due to a fracture. TY Hilton didn’t practice this week and has a chance of not playing this week too. Jack Doyle has been developing a connection with Luck who loves utilizing his tight ends, and with limited options he could potentially see a ton of action this week. The titans are very good against the run, so the Colts could look to throw it a ton this week. All of this makes me love Doyle as one of my value plays for the week.
Value Play- Mike Gillislee
Like I said, there is a lot of value this week, including Doyle. My favorite is Mike Gillislee as long as Mccoy is confirmed out. Gillislee is averaging 6.9 yards per carry this year in limited work as Mccoy’s backup. The Bills get a divisional matchup against the Dolphins who give up the most fantasy points per game to the running back position. Gillislee is min price on DK and just over 5k on fanduel, which makes him a must play in my book even with the high ownership he surely will have.
