QB Cam Newton @ Raiders
RB David Johnson @ Falcons
WR Kelvin Benjamin @ Raiders
WR Amari Cooper vs Panthers
TE Gary Barnidge vs Giants
Week 12 Value
WR Tyler Boyd @ Ravens
Well last week blew up in my face in Epic style thanks to Eli not knowing how to throw the ball against a crap Bears team, added in the fact that they ran the ball for the first time in maybe 500 years and here we are. I hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving now lets get back to work!
QB- Cam Newton
The last time I suggested Cam he got hurt and freaking anderson cam in and Lit it up which was so frustrating. Now he gets the Raiders in a game that has all the makings of a shootout. The Raiders give up almost 300 yards a game passing, and Cam always adds the threat of the run. This game has the second highest over/under so lets get some nice exposure!
RB- David Johnson
Running back is really easy this week. Leveon and Zeke played Thursday so David Johnson is a must! The Falcons give up the 3rd most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, and this should be a high scoring game as well. Johnson will be a tough player to avoid this week if you want to win.
WR- Kelvin Benjamin
Benjamin certainly hasn’t been someone who has blown up this year like some would have hoped, but he certainly has shown some upside. The Raiders are giving up almost 200 yards receiving to receivers, which means there is pretty good upside for the receivers out wide this week. This is certainly a risky play this week but you need some upside to win!
WR- Amari Cooper
I also said I like this game to be a shootout and the main beneficiary on the other side is going to be Amari Cooper. The Panthers defense gives up a whopping 3 yards per game less to wide receivers then Oakland, so look for them to throw it a ton too. Amari has been playing well of late so hopefully this game goes off like it is supposed to and we should have the main recipients.
TE- Gary Barnidge
Gary Barnidge welcomes back his favorite quarterback, Josh McCown. Barnidge experienced the greatest success of his career with Josh McCown at QB, and they get a matchup with the Giants who although much improved, still struggle mightily in the middle of the field. Barnidge is cheap enough that I like the risk/reward.
Value Play- Tyler Boyd
The Bengals lost AJ Green and Giovani Bernard last week, which means there are a lot of opportunities this week. Boyd is a bit of an unknown but the expect him to step in to a much bigger role. This week the Bengals have a rivalry game versus the Ravens, and Dalton typically plays well against the Ravens. The Ravens give up the 7th most fantasy points per game to wide receivers, so Boyd is my hope and pray option this week that the unknown turns out positive.
