QB Matt Ryan vs 49ers
RB David Johnson vs Saints
WR Taylor Gabriel vs 49ers
WR Rishard Matthews @ Chiefs
TE Kyle Rudolf vs Colts
Week 15 Value
RB Kenneth Farrow vs Raiders
Well last week came down to one thing, either you had Leveon Bell or you lost. So hopefully unlike me you elected to go with Bell. It is tough when one guy makes or breaks an entire week but thats just how it goes sometimes. Hopefully this week it doesnt come down to one guy, but if it does this time hopefully he’s on the squad.
QB- Matt Ryan
Matt Ryan gets a game at home against the 49ers in a game that the Falcons should be sneakily high scoring. The 49ers are known for a bad run defense but you also have to take into account game script. The Falcons throw the ball, and they throw the ball a lot. Matt Ryan has at least 28 pass attempts in every game this season and should be able to take over this game against a 49ers defense that is still bottom 10 versus QB’s in fantasy points allowed. Ryan should be able to have a big game.
RB- David Johnson
Everyone is likely to be on David Johnson this week, and Im jumping on the bandwagon. David Johnson had his worst game of the year last week and now he gets a matchup versus the Saints. The Saints defense has been playing better lately, but they don’t have a player that can slow down Johnson. Johnson is the biggest part of the Cardinals offense, and if they are going to win they are going to rely heavily on DJ.
WR- Taylor Gabriel
Taylor Gabriel has carved out a nice workload in a loaded Atlanta receiver core, and gets another week with no Julio so should see some added workload. Like i said before the 49ers are a bottom 10 team versus the pass as well and Gabriel should be able to take advantage of the matchup with Jimmie Ward.
WR- Rishard Matthews
Matthews is coming off probably his worst game of the year so hopefully that scares some people off him. The Chiefs are giving up the 3rd most yards per game to wide receivers over the last 4 weeks and Matthews has become the favorite target for Mariota. Look for a nice bounce back week at a nice discounted price.
TE- Kyle Rudolf
Tight end is an ugly spot this week which leads me to playing Kyle Rudolf. Rudolf is getting a ton of targets in this offense and gets a matchup with the colts who are giving up the 3rd most receiving yards to the tight ends this year. None of the tight ends this week have a great matchup so I’m taking the savings with Rudolf over my top guy Kelce.
Value- Kenneth Farrow
Ken and Ken are the two value plays this week, being Ken Dixon and Ken Farrow. I am leaning towards Farrow this week. Farrow gets a great matchup with Raiders who cant stop anyone on the ground. Farrow will see a majority of the workload and looked good taking over for Gordon last week. Look for Farrow to be a great play at a cheap price this week in a game that should be high scoring.
