Frank is the product innovator, designer, visionary, team manager and energy hub that fuels uSTADIUM. Upon graduating from Colgate University as a D1 football player, Frank launched an online sports blog called FloppingOut. It was an instant hit and was featured on numerous high profile sites like Sports Illustrated, Yardbarker, and Deadspin; receiving 60+ million Hits in 20 months. In 2012, he launched a New York Jets fan show called Flight 5 Live, which was the #1 most trafficked internet show on the #1 internet network in the Tri-State area; featuring some of the highest profile Jet players and enthusiasts. Frank is currently a mentor for Colgate’s TIA program and continues to help young entrepreneurs in the NYC area find their niche. Frank is winner of Westchester Magazine’s Wunderkinds award (extraordinary entrepreneurs under 30 years old). Frank graduated from Colgate with degrees in Economics and Political Science, was a D1 football player, and Entrepreneurial Club member.

Nick has developed deep relationships with hundreds of famous athletes, announcers, media personalities, and sports organizations. Nick currently runs all marketing operations at uSTADIUM, which has attracted the likes of NFL players Santonio Holmes, Muhammad Wilkerson, Antrel Rolle and others. As well as high profile media personalities such as ESPN’s Jane McManus, Daily News’ Manish Mehta and Metros’ Kristian Dyer. Nick recently received Sport Launch’s 30 under 30 award, Westchester Magazine’s Wunderkinds Award, and is on the Board of Directors of the Andre Brown Foundation. Nick co-founded FloppingOut.com and Flight 5 with Frank. Previously, Nick graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcast (CSB) and interned at WFAN – the nation’s top 24-hour sports radio network. “Nick is a force on Twitter and well-versed in all things Jets, despite the fact that he’s just 22 years old.” – CBS Sports.

Charles comes to the uSTADIUM team as head of business development and management. Charles has run two start-up divisions of increasing scale: first, a local/regional media division of USA TODAY Sports (drove over $500K first-year) and next the mobile/social/local new ‘Instant’ Division of LivingSocial (over 10,000 local partnerships). Charles comes with an advertising book-of-business that has generated over 2MM per quarter in traditional, digital, social, and mobile advertising, as well as experience in creating, running, and elevating business teams. Charles is an experienced digital/mobile business development, advertising-sales, and mobile-product-launch professional. Charles holds a degree in Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania.

Javier has worked on a wide variety of technology projects ranging from a large-scale enterprise trading systems to consumer-facing entertainment and utility smartphone applications. With experience in a range of technologies, languages, and software solutions, Javier is able to drive uSTADIUM concepts to product quickly and efficiently. At uSTADIUM Javier has developed a sophisticated, yet simple framework to maximize the uSTADIUM mobile experience while finishing a robust back-end (that will translate to any additional frontends). Javier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University and a Master’s in Computer Science from Boston University, where he’s worked as an educator in the field of Mobile Application Development.
