NextGen Social Sports, Inc. ("uSTADIUM," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the uSTADIUM website, the STAKEZ game, our events pages and store, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address, when you join the waitlist or create an account
• Date of birth, when you create an account. We use it only to confirm that you are 18 or older, and we keep it on a private record that only you and our systems can access
• Username, display name, profile photo, favorite team, and other profile information you choose to add
• In-game activity, such as trades, positions, Battles, posts, and comments
• If you buy event tickets or merchandise: your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, and the items you bought. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and are never stored by us
• If you apply to our affiliate program, join an event waiting list, or contact us: the information you include

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, device type)
• Usage data (screens visited, features used, time spent on the Platform)
• Your IP address, which we use to limit abusive traffic and to protect sign-in. We do not use it to determine your location
• The referral source or code you arrived with (for example, Instagram or a friend's invite code)
• A notification token for your device, if you turn on push notifications
• Error reports, which include your account id and the screen you were on when an error happened

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Create and manage your account, and confirm that you are 18 or older
• Provide, personalize, and enhance your game experience
• Generate leaderboards, rankings, and public game results
• Send push notifications and emails you have turned on, and tell you about updates, promotions, and events (you can opt out at any time)
• Fulfil event ticket and merchandise orders
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Public game data: Your username, profile, trades, positions shown on public boards, Battles, standings, posts, and shared receipts may be publicly visible on the Platform and in shared content. This is a core feature of the game.
• Service providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate the Platform, and only for the services they provide to us: Google Firebase (sign-in, database, hosting, push notifications, and analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Stripe (payments for tickets and merchandise), Printify (merchandise production and shipping, which receives your name, shipping address, and phone number), and SendGrid and Google Workspace (email delivery). Our sports data providers receive no personal information.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: If uSTADIUM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

4. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Analytics

The game does not set cookies. It keeps your sign-in state, your preferences, and a local copy of the data you have viewed in your browser's storage so the app opens quickly; signing out and clearing your browser data removes it. We use Google Analytics through Firebase to understand how the Platform is used; it does not receive your name or email address. You can limit analytics through your browser settings.

5. Push Notifications

If you turn on push notifications, your browser gives us a token for your device and we use it to send you the notifications you have chosen, such as Battle results, mentions, and news. You can turn off any type of notification in Settings, or turn them all off by revoking the permission in your browser.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Abuse-prevention records are kept only for as long as they are useful for that purpose. Waitlist email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove you or we discontinue the list. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications and push notifications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@ustadium.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days. You can change your notification and email preferences at any time in Settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We ask for a date of birth at signup and do not create accounts for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@ustadium.com.

10. Users Outside the United States

The Platform is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. If you use the Platform from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, social media platforms, news sources, our store, and event venues). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

12. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to correct it, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@ustadium.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform.
