  • Public game data: Your username, predictions, game results, receipts, rankings, and U Rating may be publicly visible on the Platform and in shared content. This is a core feature of the game experience.

  • Business transfers: If uSTADIUM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Waitlist email addresses will be retained until the Platform launches and you are notified, after which you can request deletion.
